Hot Cereal

So, here is an easy recipe on how to make an easy healthy breakfast. Pick what flakes you would like to use from Oatmeal, Rye, Wheat or Barly Flakes.

Ingrediants:

1/4 C. Cereal flakes

1 C. Boiling Water

1/2 t. Salt (Optional)

Sprinkle cereal into rapidly boiling water. Boil rapidly, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes. Add salt and serve.

Serve with milk or cream, add brown sugar or cane juice crystals, add raisins or other fruits; add a pinch of cinnamon. And your done.
